Savor & Solace
Refund Policy
Last updated: October 3, 2026
Thank you for booking a Savor & Solace experience. Because our events are intimate and planned well in advance, every ticket sale helps us secure chefs, venues, and the details that make each experience special. Please review this policy before completing your purchase.
All Ticket Sales Are Final
Tickets are non-refundable once purchased. This includes situations where you are unable to attend, arrive late, or leave early.
If We Cancel an Event
If Savor & Solace cancels an event for any reason other than those listed in the Force Majeure section below, ticket holders will receive a refund of the ticket price to their original payment method. We will contact ticket holders by email with details.
Postponed Events
If an event is postponed, your ticket will automatically carry over to the new date. Refunds are not issued for postponed events.
Ticket Transfers
Unable to attend? You are welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend. Please email us at savorandsolace@gmail.com with the new guest’s name and email address before the event so we can update the guest list. All guests must be 21 or older.
Force Majeure
Refunds are not issued when an event is canceled, interrupted, or changed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These include, but are not limited to:
- Hurricanes, storms, floods, earthquakes, and other natural disasters or severe weather
- Fire
- Government orders, public health emergencies, or other acts of public authorities
- Power outages, utility failures, or loss of access to the venue
- Civil unrest, acts of terrorism, or other emergencies
Purchases Through Third Parties
Tickets must be purchased through savorandsolace.com or an official Savor & Solace ticketing partner. We are not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized resellers.
